Grandview Corners/Morgan Heights

Grandview Corners/Morgan Crossing is the area primarily between Highway 99 and 164^th Streets and 24^th Avenue and 30^th Avenue. Ten years ago this was a very forested area with limited development. Homes in the area were single family on acreage. This area has changed dramatically since then and will continue to do so for many years. Development to date has centred around 160^th and 24^th, the home of Morgan Crossing and Grandview Corners shopping centres. There is a mix of big box stores, boutique shops, condos, townhouses, and large single family home on smaller lots.
