Elgin/Chantrell

This is an area of South Surrey that is home to estate and executive style homes typically located on 1/2 acre gross density lots or bigger. Older homes on one acre lots are nestled in established neighbourhoods and surrounded by lush greenery and towering trees. Newer subdivisions feature two storey homes, typically with basements on beautifully landscaped 1/2 acre gross density lots.

Much of this area is simply known as Elgin/Chantrell although the following subdivisions are associated with it, West Elgin, Bridlewood, Elgin Estates, Huntington Park, Peninsula Park, and Bayview Estates. Townhouses are primarily located on the northern end of Crescent Road or south of King George Highway. There is a very limited number of townhouses or condo units available in this neighbourhood.
