To determine the best price at which to market your home, I will conduct a comparative market analysis (CMA). This will be based upon:
1) a thorough inspection of your home.
2) a review of homes that have sold in your neighbourhood and that are comparable in terms of housing features such as size, style, renovations, and layout.
3) a review of homes that are presently listed in your neighbourhood that are comparable as defined above.
Based upon the CMA, I will recommend to you a price range for your home. It will be your decision as to where you will place yourself within this range dependent upon your personal situation and needs.
