Working as a realtor in South Surrey and White Rock, and in fact throughout the Lower Mainland, I often deal with buyers and sellers whose first language is not English. If your first language is Cantonese or Mandarin, I can help you. At Bay Realty Ltd we have an assistant who is able to provide support for those buyers and sellers who are more comfortable working in Cantonese and Mandarin. Linda is able to work with me as a liaison with buyers and/or sellers who need support in these languages. As you can see below, she is also able to translate flyers for my sellers’ properties that I can then use in promotional material about your home.
