About Kathleen

Growing up in the Interior of BC, I moved to the Lower Mainland in 1982 as a student at UBC. Upon graduating in the 1980’s from the University of BC with my Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, I worked in human resources and then, upon starting my family, in education. My experiences in those fields helped me to understand the importance of clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and maintaining strong personal relationships. I have taken those experiences to heart as a Realtor. Strong client relationships is the key to my success as a Realtor. Listening carefully to my clients, identifying their needs, and focusing on their desires ensures that they are extremely satisfied and that I feel that I have done my best for them.

I have lived in Burnaby, Kitsilano, Richmond, South Delta, and now live and work as a Realtor in South Surrey/White Rock. Having lived throughout the Lower Mainland as a student, young adult, parent, and now “empty-nester”, I have a true appreciation of all that the area has to offer to people from all walks of life! I am fortunate to live in one of the most beautiful and livable places in the world and I love being given the opportunity to help locals and newcomers find their own special place to call home.

Living in a condo as a young graduate and then purchasing a new home with my husband, I understand the concerns faced by a first-time buyer. Having raised two active boys, I appreciate the dynamics of family life and housing. As an empty nester, at least for the moment, I relate strongly with people looking to downsize and determine where they want to spend the newest phase in their life. I take great satisfaction in helping sellers and buyers at every stage of their housing needs.

Call me for more information as to how I can help you in either selling or buying your next home. I look forward to hearing from you!
